CargoPilot Account Deletion

You can request deletion of your CargoPilot account and associated data at any time.

How to Delete Your Account

Option 1 (In-App):
Open the CargoPilot app → Go to Profile → Settings → Tap “Delete Account”.

Option 2 (Manual Request):
Email us at: CarsonV@cargopilotapp.com
Subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
Include the email associated with your account.

What Happens When You Delete Your Account

• Your account information, including your email address, is permanently removed
• Your submitted tips and reviews may be anonymized or removed
• Uploaded images may be deleted from our storage systems

Data Retention

We may retain limited data where required for legal obligations, fraud prevention, or platform security and integrity.
